How much is shipping???
Shipping can vary based on weight, speed of shipping and the location the products are being shipped to. All items are shipped out of sunny San Diego, Ca.How long should it take for my order to get to me?
Orders normally ship in 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped by USPS and we offer three different speeds of transit with them. During high demand times such as holidays shipping may take longer.
You sent me the wrong shirt (or size), now what do I do!?
Just let us know and we will correct the mistake. We feel that if a mistake is made and it is our fault, it is not fair to ask you to go to extra trouble to send the item back. We would love it if you did, but it is not required. On the other hand, if you received what was listed on your email confirmation and did not check it or notify us about a needed correction you will need to follow our exchange policy.
I ordered the wrong size. Now what do I do?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size or you've changed your mind you may choose to either be issued a store credit or to exchange it for a item of equal value please contact us at support@dirtyteesplease.com and we will get you taken care of.
My friends birthday is in two days, but I decided not to shop for him until now, can you send his present overnight? Will you FedEx it to me and use my FedEx account?
Hell no we are not going to use your FedEx account, what we do offer is USPS Express Mail wich is 1-2 shipping days, thats as fast as it gets.
